GENERAL INFORMATION
Boya BY-PB25. Carbon fibre boom pole with internal XLR cable for microphone support. The Boya BY-BP25 Carbon Fibre Boom pole features 3 telescopic sections that give your microphone an extension of 1m to 2.5m. It can be used by boom operators to connect a microphone or a variety of other accessories for applications such as TV broadcasting, film shooting, Electronic News Gathering (ENG), field work, etc.
The boom has a 1/4″ thread and is supplied with a 3/8″ adapter and a 5/8″ adapter for compatibility with a wide range of mounts.
Its reinforced carbon fibre design is very durable, while remaining extremely light and comfortable to use, even in extreme temperatures. Its light weight reduces fatigue in long-term work.
This boom has an internal spiral cable and an XLR connection on its base. Consisting of three carbon fibre sections giving an extension of 1m to 2.5m, it stores easily in any standard equipment carrying case. The captive-collet coupling system locks each part in place for even greater reliability during work.
